The credit bureaus will require address and social security verification documents with each round of disputes they receive. Please be sure to upload your verification documents to your client portal within 24-48 hours after beginning your membership. If you are unsure of how to upload documents to your portal you may also email (correspondence@hope4usa.com) or fax (704.353.7221) your verification documents to us. Here is a list of possible choices to use for your verification documents:

- W2 Form or 1099 Form Listing Your Full Social Security Number
- First Page of Your Most Recent Tax Return
Address Verification Documents (Send 2 Items from the List Below)
- Driver's License Listing Your Current Address
- Residential Utility Bill(s) Listing Your Current Address (Please note, the bureaus will not accept cell phone bills, insurance statements, medical bills, or any other non-residential utility bills as verification.)
- First Page of Your Most Recent Bank Statement Listing Your Current Address
*Please note, failure to provide these verification documents to HOPE within the first 24-48 hours of your membership could slow down and reduce your potential for a successful outcome. Also, if you move during your membership at any time we will need for you to please upload new address verification documents to your client portal immediately.
